Symposium Dates

Working sessions will take place from c. 9.00 a.m -6.00 p.m. from Sunday 18 – 20 October, 2015. Presenter rehearsals and registration will begin on Saturday afternoon, 17 October.

How to Book

Complete the online booking and subject to space being available, your place will be confirmed upon receipt of the relevant payment BOOK NOW. It will be possible to attend and pay for a single day. Please contact Secretariat for details of when this will be available.

Registration in London

Entry will be by Badge only. It is necessary to Register with the PDRF Help Desk at the Bloomsbury Hotel. Registration will begin at 3.30 p.m. on Saturday 17 October and 30 minutes before the start of sessions on each working day.

Official Language

The official language of the symposium will be in English.

Visas

Please check whether you need a Visa to enter England. Contact the Secretariat if you need a Letter of Invitation.

Social Programme

On Saturday evening, 17 October, there will be a Welcome Reception at The Bloomsbury Hotel from 6.30-8.30 p.m. The Awards Ceremony and Dinner will be held on Tuesday 20 October from c. 7.30-11.00 p.m. These events are included in the full 3- Day Registration fee. Other sponsored events are planned but these have yet to be finalised.

Accompanying persons

There is so much to do and see around London. Accompanying Persons are welcome to join the social programme during the Symposium and if appropriate, it is planned to hold a coffee morning on Sunday morning 18 October in order for people to meet up. Please note that attendance at any working sessions, lunches or refreshment breaks of the symposium is not permitted for accompanying persons.

Accomodation

We have some bedrooms available at The Bloomsbury Hotel at a cost of £250 per night, single occupancy and £260 per night, double occupancy. The rate includes breakfast and VAT. To book them please visit the Booking pages. BOOK NOW. These are booked on a strictly first come, first serve basis.
We strongly recommend that if you need accommodation, that you book a hotel in the Bloomsbury area. There are many hotels available.
